Peoples opinion about you remains sticky- they don’t often change.

Progress remains standstill even after lots of verbal exchange.

Peoples bad opinion sometimes makes you feel very low

It puts mental stress on you and often limits your opportunity to grow.

People's opinions may be formed due to gossip or own mistake or due to the bad message being spread.

These toxic opinions don't get off so easily, once these are being fed in people's heads.

They say-it takes lots of time to build your reputation & few days to destroy.

People love seeing your downfall and derive excessive joy.

It is a complete collapse of mental resilience when we too much bother about people's thoughts.

We lose control of ourselves & allow our mind to mentally rot.

We must not try to please everyone & start building our self-esteem on something concrete.

We must know in due life whom to ignore and whom to meet.

It is not necessary to meet the same set of people everywhere you go.

Life is like a river that constantly rejuvenates itself with its continuous flow.

Let's think rationally and put more effort into things that are in our control.

So we embrace virtuous thoughts and focus our all effort on destined goal.
