Poem Narcissism

An excessive self love doesn’t allow person to look beyond him or her.

Feeling of respect for others doesn’t seem to ever occur.

Inflated sense of ego flows through their blood.

Others moment of excellence is downplayed conveniently and buried in the mud.

Their obsessive hunger for seeking praise from others is known.

On being ignored by others, they feel decimated and starts to bemoan.

Getting blinded by so much self importance;they fail to acknowledge others worth.

Lack of mutual respect put quality of relationship in dearth.

Their patronizing and manipulative nature is difficult to bear.

Their excessive self obsessive talk is excruciatingly difficult to hear.

Seeking others suggestions or help is against self imposed belief.

Making others believe in their argument without any dissent is a matter of great relief.

Hoping sensitivity from them is like finding water in desert.

Not letting them win “art of unfair game” requires great deal of alert.

Their feeling of self entitlement grown from inside is difficult to deal.

Any conflict of interest with others make them lose all their zeal.
