Never-ending greed makes you kill the goose that was once your lifeline.

Instead of gradually reaping rewards, your desire to seize everything at once has forced you to destroy your only goldmine.

The hope of getting rich quick is reduced to ashes when we see an empty hand.

Now, after realising the error, darkness surrounds us, with little courage left to even stand.

If the goose had been alive and its wings were intact, it could have made you fly.

It could bring a slew of charms to help you reach the sky high.

The goose that could have supported you for a long time is now rendered useless.

Your impulsive nature has rendered productive things worthless.

The regret of not nurturing it well is now biting you.

The concocted blind view has forced you to treat it badly, showing a distressed view.

Once, your fortune creator was made to go away due to your selfish act.

The high value of the goose was never fully recognised by you, even after its positive impact.

Saddled with misfortune, your cry is of no value now.

The goose that has been killed will not return to you anyhow.

Putting effort into finding a similar goose is breaking our backs.

While looking for it, our impatient nature will not serve us well and will eventually draw excessive flack.
