#Poem- Conflicting Life

It is weird how quickly life takes ugly form.

It completely pushes you out of the daily norm.

You wonder moment ago, everything was alright what went wrong.

Surprises of life do not allow any good moments to prolong

Anxiety & worry gives you spine chilling moment.

You desparately try to figure out why it happens and what are its component.

It has potential to turn your life upside down.

You are left with no emotion but complete frown.

It can be anything -Loss of loved ones, loss of money,loss of jobs or loss of friend.

Misery seems to flow from all side and it does not tend to see any end.

Stress in your head makes you do things that you regret

Eventual outcomes turn out drastic & it leaves you more upset.

Heart palpitates, nervousness creeps in & the body loses its strength.

You feel a deep crushing voice inside — why nothing is supporting you and everything is against .

It is time to stop overthinking and give a moment of pause.

Let the logic sets in & unearth its root cause.

You eventually realize that source of happiness always germinates from you.

Let's again start the journey of life by embracing something new.
